About MRO BEER

Focused on commercial aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul, MRO BEER is the premier gathering place for operators, OEMs, MROs and suppliers from the Baltics and Eastern Europe. In 2025, more than 83% of the 920+ attendees were purchasing decision makers and influencers and the event hosted 70 service providers and representatives from 61 countries. Delegates fostered new relationships, strengthened existing ones and expanded their reach across the MRO community in the Baltics region and throughout Eastern Europe. 

Dress Code

Dress code is business casual for the conference.  Sneakers and jeans are discouraged. Clothing with inappropriate logos or text is prohibited. We encourage attendees to bring a jacket or sweater as room temperatures can vary throughout the day.

The dress code at the welcome reception (when applicable) is more relaxed to accommodate attendees that have potentially just arrived.
