See below your step-by-step guide on how to get the most of out of the platform and discover the power of virtual events and matched networking!
Please note: The tutorials below were recorded from Aviation Week's UAM Virtual event. MRO BEER will use the same platform.
Once you have registered for the event you'll be sent instructions to join the Brella Platform which hosts the Virtual Conference. You can join via your desktop using a "join link". For the best user experience and usage of the video networking feature, please access Brella via desktop and use the Google Chrome browser.
Please Note: you must be a registered attendee to access the virtual conference. If you’re not already registered, click here. Once registered, please do not send your join link to others. The platform registrations will be constantly monitored and those that haven’t registered for the conference will be removed.
Set up your profile and let the matchmaking algorithm recommend attendees to connect with - saving you time and ensuring you get to meet the people who matter most for your business.
You arrange a time that is convenient for both using the built-in diary manager. When it comes to your meeting you seamlessly join a video meeting, no downloads or passwords required!
The 1.5 day agenda will feature a combination of presentations and interactive panel discussions, all available both as a live stream or on-demand if you miss a session. Again, no additional downloads or external links required. Please note: All session times in the agenda are listed in CEST
During the session you can post questions live to the speakers, contribute to polls or download the slides. You can also arrange a meeting with the speakers directly to continue the networking.
All attendees will be able to view these fully customisable virtual booths, which act as company microsites with a logo, company description, contact details and social media links. In addition, attendees will be able to access the images, videos and documents the exhibiting company has uploaded to explain the products and services they are offering.
It also comes with a booth chat feature and all of the company's registered staff will be listed for attendees to connect and book video meetings with. If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor, click here.
