Registrations/Badge Collection

As part of your agreement you have a certain amount of delegate places. To use this please register via our website and input the code you have received in email from Anita.

You will be able to collect your -badge from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Warsaw on:

Exhibitor Set up time

Tabletop exhibitors will be allocated a table in the Universe Ballroom which is next to the conference area. Each company will receive one table, 2 chairs and access to power and must display any/all products and promotional items on top of the table (no additional tables, racks, stands etc. can be used). You can bring a maximum of 2 banners, all banners/backdrops must fit behind the table and be no wider than the table itself (L145cm x W45cm x H76cm). Please click here for further guidelines.

Note that the Showcase Exhibition is not open to the public, only to conference attendees. If you are unsure whether or not you have a table top please contact Anita. You will be allocated a table position upon arrive.

Set-Up: You will be able to set up your table from from 7am on Wednesday 14 June. If earlier set up is available we will let you know sooner to the time.

Accommodation

We have secured at exclusive hotel rate at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Warsaw. Rates start from 505 PLN (inclusive of Breakfast & WiFi) and are available 12 – 16 June 2023.

Presentation Slides

Where we have been given permission, the presentation slides from the sessions will be available to download to all attendees after the event. You will be send a feedback survey; on completion you will be able to access the slides.

Press & Recording

Registered journalists will be given access to all conference sessions and all sessions will be filmed so please be aware that anything you do or say may be quoted.
