Evening Reception
Join Turkish Technic for a distinguished evening on the shimmering Bosphorus. This exclusive corporate gathering offers breathtaking views of Istanbul’s skyline as the city transitions from day to night. The event begins at 19:00 and continues until 22:00. To enrich the experience, a professional tour guide will be on board to share the history and stories of the landmarks lining the strait. Guests will enjoy a selection of fine food, complemented by refined musical accompaniment to set the perfect atmosphere.
*The evening reception is open to all MRO BEER attendees but space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Guests will be picked up by coach buses at 17:30 from the conference venue and transferred to the docks to board the ferry.
Event Details:
Pickup at 17:30, with the party running from 19:00-22:00
- 17:30 – Transfer from ICEC to the docks via shuttle bus
- 19:00 – Boarding and sailing
- 22:00 – Return to the docks and the buses will take guests back to the hotel
