As part of your agreement you have a certain amount of delegate places. To use this please register via our website and input the code you have received in an email from Ylenia Mezzetti.

You will be able to collect your badge on:

Tabletop exhibitors will be allocated a table in the Beta Room which is next to the conference area. Each company will receive one table, 2 chairs and access to power and must display any/all products and promotional items on top of the table (no additional tables, racks, stands etc. can be used). You can bring a maximum of 2 banners, all banners/backdrops must fit behind the table and be no wider than the table itself (120cm length x 45cm depth x 72cm height). Please see below for further guidelines.

Note that the Showcase Exhibition is not open to the public, only to conference attendees. If you are unsure whether or not you have a table top please contact Ylenia Mezzetti. You will be allocated a table position upon arrive.

Set-Up: You will be able to set up your table from 7am on Wednesday 26 June. If earlier set up is available we will let you know sooner to the time.

Aviation Week's Showcase events are designed for you to engage in conversation with prospective and current customers. The objective is to create the optimal networking environment. These events are not open to the public. All attendees have full access to both the conference sessions and the Showcase. In order to maintain this atmosphere, we ask that all tabletops adhere to the following guidelines.

We have secured at exclusive hotel rate at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, Vilnius. Rate is 130€ per night (including breakfast, excluding VAT and City Tax) and is available 24 – 27 June 2024.

Where we have been given permission, the presentation slides from the sessions will be available to download to all attendees after the event. You will be send a feedback survey; on completion you will be able to access the slides.

Registered journalists will be given access to all conference sessions and all sessions will be filmed so please be aware that anything you do or say may be quoted.
